BMC Remedy Action Request System - Overview

Use this plug-in to create, update, and check entries in BMC Remedy Action Request System. The plug-in depends on the arapi.jar file that is installed with BMC Remedy Action Request System. The path to the arapi.jar file must be specified as a step property. Install and run this plug-in on the same computer where BMC Remedy Action Request System is installed.

To add the BMC Remedy Action Request System plug-in steps to processes, click ITSM Process > BMCRemedy in the step palette of the process editor.

Compatibility

The IBM UrbanCode Deploy automation plug-in for BMC Remedy Action Request System works with BMC Remedy Action Request System Version 7.1 and later.

This plug-in requires version 6.0 or later of IBM UrbanCode Deploy.

This plug-in supports agents on all operating systems supported by the IBM UrbanCode Deploy agent, except for z/OS.
