Instructions to extract tar file from .7z file/files:

• Install p7zip by running command: sudo apt-get install p7zip
• Go to folder containing .7z files and run this command to extract .7z files to tar: 7z x fileName1 fileName2

Instructions to load plugin image from tar file:

• Load the docker image from tar file using: docker load < tar_file_name
• Go to Velocity -> Settings -> Integrations -> Available -> Load plugin -> Added the image name and click Submit
