PVCS - Usage
To create a component by importing from a PVCS repository, complete the following steps. For more information, see Creating components in the product help.
- On the Components page in IBM UrbanCode Deploy, click Create New Component.
- From the Source Config Type list, select PVCS.
- Provide all of the necessary information, such as the path details in the Database Path and Archive Path fields.
- Click Save.
- Click the Versions tab for the component.
- Click Import New Versions.
- Either specify a version of the package to import, or leave the field blank to import the latest version of the package available in the repository.
- Click Save.
