Microsoft BizTalk - Overview

The Microsoft BizTalk plug-in contains steps that can import, uninstall, and remove BizTalk applications; import Biztalk application bindings; execute BizTalk run-book automations; and restart BizTalk host instances.

The Microsoft BizTalk plug-in includes the following steps that are related to BizTalk applications:

• Add Biztalk Application
• Add Biztalk Resource
• Export Biztalk Application
• Import or Upgrade Biztalk Application
• Remove Biztalk Application
• Start Biztalk Application
• Stop Biztalk Application
• Uninstall Biztalk Application

The Microsoft BizTalk plug-in includes the following step that is related to BizTalk application bindings:

• Export Biztalk Application Bindings
• Import Bindings

The Microsoft BizTalk plug-in includes the following step that is related to BizTalk host instances:

• Restart BizTalk host

To add the Microsoft BizTalk plug-in steps to processes, click Middleware > Enterprise Service Bus > BizTalk in the step palette of the process editor.

Compatibility

The IBM UrbanCode Deploy automation plug-in for Microsoft BizTalk works with BizTalk Server 2010.

This plug-in requires version 6.1 or later of IBM UrbanCode Deploy.
